Under this arrangement, Sunny Rupee provides a digital interface that connects eligible users with regulated credit services across India. All loan products offered through the app are issued and funded solely by Nishtha Leasing Pvt Ltd., in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Nishtha Leasing Pvt Ltd. is responsible for credit assessment, loan approval, fund disbursement, and compliance oversight. Sunny Rupee functions exclusively as a technology platform, facilitating access to information and services while ensuring user data security, transparency, and responsible lending practices throughout the user journey.

As an NBFC, we will work closely with our partners to ensure business compliance.
